My article on food trucks, "On-The-Go Eats" is featured in the June 2013 issue of Missouri Life magazine. I interviewed food truck owners and fans in Columbia, Kansas City, St. Louis and Springfield to find out more about why and how mobile eateries have become so popular in the Show-Me-State.
